- Reason for return or exchange
Step 2: Approval
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and confirm if the return/exchange is approved.
Step 3: Product Pickup/Drop-off
Approved returns must be sent back to our Factory Address or Factory Outlet:

Return shipping charges may apply unless the mistake or defect is on our end.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when:
- The product is returned in acceptable condition
- The return reason is valid (e.g., wrong or defective product)
Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Refunds are processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
